Automation

Automation and Journey Builder Overview

OneSuite Automation and Journey Builder help authorized teams turn repeatable customer, marketing, and operational processes into structured workflows. The objective is not to automate everything. The objective is to identify stable, repeatable work, define a clear starting condition, use only released OneSuite actions, and create a journey that staff can understand, test, monitor, and maintain. This guide explains the operating model for Journey Builder, how to plan a journey before building it, how automation relates to CRM and marketing data, and how to verify that a journey is safe before it is used with live customers.

Invoicing

Invoicing Overview

Invoicing in OneSuite is the business process of turning products, services, fees, deposits, and completed work into a clear customer billing record. The invoicing area should be easy for staff to find because it connects CRM contacts, companies, WooCommerce products where configured, payment links, receipts, and customer history. A strong invoice workflow helps a business explain charges, collect payment, answer customer questions, and maintain accurate billing records.

Communications

SMS Messaging and Shared Number Privacy

OneSuite SMS provides business text messaging from numbers available to the user. In shared-number environments, conversation ownership and privacy are critical: a conversation initiated or assigned for one user should not become visible to unrelated users simply because the underlying business number is shared. Current production work also supports administrator management of which operating number a user can use as additional numbers are added. This guide explains the user workflow, shared-number expectations, and verification practices that protect customer conversation context.

Communications

Team Chat and Direct Messaging

Team Chat gives OneSuite users an internal business messaging experience for group conversations and person-to-person communication. Current production work includes Messenger-style conversation presentation, group management, direct messaging controls, files and picture sharing, emoji and attachment tools, popup chat behavior, and user-avatar support where profile imagery is available. The purpose of Team Chat is to keep operational conversation close to the work employees perform in OneSuite without turning customer SMS or email into an internal staff channel.

Getting Started

Welcome to OneSuite

The OneSuite Knowledgebase is the official product documentation library for Diadem OneSuite. It is designed for business owners, administrators, managers, office staff, cashiers, sales teams, ministry teams, and end users who need clear instructions for operating the platform. OneSuite brings CRM, communications, payments, invoicing, POS, workforce tools, scheduling, marketing, licensing, and administration into one connected business workspace. This documentation is synchronized to the PASS35H66DN RC1 GOLD R63.97 public WordPress distribution. This article explains how to use the documentation library as a practical operating manual rather than a simple help page.

WooCommerce Role in OneSuite Products, POS, Invoicing, and Contacts

WooCommerce plays an important role in OneSuite because it can serve as the commerce foundation for products, services, customer purchase history, online ordering, and connected sales workflows. OneSuite should be understood as the business operating layer that brings CRM, invoicing, POS, communications, and customer history together, while WooCommerce can provide the product catalog and ecommerce order foundation when that capability is installed and configured on the same WordPress site.
