Dashboard

Overview

The dashboard is the starting point for many users. It provides a high-level view of the workspace and links into major operational areas. The exact cards and metrics shown may vary based on license, role, enabled modules, and installed release.

Before You Begin

  • Sign in to the workspace.
  • Have permission to view dashboard information.

Requirements

  • Workspace access.
  • Module permissions for the cards or actions shown.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the OneSuite workspace.
  2. Review the top-level cards, snapshots, or module shortcuts shown on the dashboard.
  3. Select a card to open the related module when the card is clickable.
  4. Use dashboard information to identify areas that need attention.
  5. Return to the dashboard after completing work in a module.

Expected Result

The dashboard displays available OneSuite information and provides quick access to enabled modules.

Screenshots

Production screenshots are added only when captured from the current OneSuite release. This article is ready for screenshots, but does not use mockups or placeholder images.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Use the dashboard for orientation, then move into specific modules for detailed work.
  • Do not treat dashboard totals as a substitute for detailed reports when reconciliation is required.
  • If a card is missing, check permissions and license access.

Troubleshooting

  • Card is not clickable: it may be informational only or unavailable to your role.
  • Metrics look incomplete: verify records exist in the related module.
  • Dashboard loads slowly: contact an administrator to review site performance.
