Incoming Mail and OAuth Connections

Incoming Mail and OAuth Connections are separate setup areas in the current OneSuite release. Incoming Mail covers receiving-mail configuration, while OAuth Connections is the canonical place for provider authorization such as Google or Microsoft connections. Keeping these destinations separate makes it easier to diagnose whether a problem is related to mailbox receiving configuration or provider authorization.

OneSuite SMS provides business text messaging from numbers available to the user. In shared-number environments, conversation ownership and privacy are critical: a conversation initiated or assigned for one user should not become visible to unrelated users simply because the underlying business number is shared. Current production work also supports administrator management of which operating number a user can use as additional numbers are added. This guide explains the user workflow, shared-number expectations, and verification practices that protect customer conversation context.

OneSuite Voicemail provides the user-facing area for business voicemail within the Communications module. Voicemail is used when call routing intentionally sends a caller to a mailbox or when a user cannot answer. The public documentation focuses on configuring and reviewing voicemail through the visible OneSuite interface rather than internal call-processing components.
