Overview

Downloads should be obtained from the official customer download area or support-provided release channel. Use installable packages for WordPress installation and source packages only for review or development workflows.

Customer portal access or support-provided download link.
Know whether you need installable or source package.

Requirements

Active subscription, trial, or authorized access.
Administrator access for installation.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the customer portal or official download location.
Locate the OneSuite release package.
Choose the installable ZIP when updating WordPress.
Save the source ZIP separately if supplied for records or technical review.
Do not rename packages in a way that causes confusion between installable and source files.
Install or update OneSuite using the installable package only.

Expected Result

You have the correct package type and avoid uploading the wrong ZIP to WordPress.
