Overview
OneSuite navigation is organized by product area so users can move between customer records, communications, payments, workforce tools, and administration without searching through WordPress screens.
Before You Begin
- Workspace access.
Requirements
You need all users access for this workflow. Some options may be hidden if your role, license, or enabled modules do not include the related feature.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Use the main navigation to choose a module.
- Use submenus to open module pages such as Contacts, Companies, Deals, Email, SMS, POS, or Settings.
- Watch for active menu highlighting to confirm your current section.
- Use breadcrumbs or Back buttons where available to return to a parent page.
- On smaller screens, open and close the workspace menu as needed.
Expected Result
After completing these steps, OneSuite should save your changes or open the requested area without leaving the OneSuite workspace unexpectedly.

Tips & Best Practices
- Use clear names so records are easy to find later.
- Keep customer and account information accurate before connecting communications, invoices, or POS activity.
- Contact your administrator when a button or section is not visible.
Troubleshooting
- Page is not visible: confirm your role and permissions.
- Action is blocked: confirm license status and module access.
- Changes do not save: refresh the page, check required fields, and contact your administrator if the problem continues.
