Overview

n

OneSuite runs as a WordPress plugin and depends on a stable WordPress environment, HTTPS, working REST API requests, scheduled WordPress tasks, and properly configured third-party service accounts for integrations such as email, calendar, SMS, telephony, payments, meetings, and OAuth connections.

n

Before You Begin

n

  • Administrator access to WordPress and hosting.
  • An installable OneSuite ZIP package.
  • Provider credentials for services you plan to connect.

n

Requirements

n

  • WordPress administrator access.
  • A current OneSuite package or active OneSuite installation.
  • A valid OneSuite license for protected features.
  • HTTPS is strongly recommended for customer-facing and OAuth workflows.
  • A current desktop browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
  • Reliable hosting with database access and server resources suitable for business software.

n

Step-by-Step Instructions

n

  1. Confirm WordPress is installed and loading correctly.
  2. Confirm the site uses HTTPS.

  5. Confirm scheduled WordPress tasks are not disabled by hosting policy.

n

Tips & Best Practices

n

  • Use production-quality hosting rather than minimal shared hosting for active business operations.
  • Keep provider credentials organized and accessible only to authorized administrators.
  • Use a staging site for testing major updates when possible.

n

Troubleshooting

n

  • Upload fails: verify the file is the installable plugin ZIP and not a source package.
  • OAuth fails: confirm HTTPS and provider redirect settings.
  • Slow screens: review hosting resources and active plugins.
