Overview

OneSuite navigation is organized around business modules such as CRM, Communications, Payments, POS, Workforce, and Administration. The options visible to each user depend on role, license, and enabled modules.

Before You Begin

  • Sign in to OneSuite.
  • Know which module or record you need to access.

Requirements

  • Workspace access.
  • Module permission for the area you want to open.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the OneSuite workspace.
  2. Review the top or side navigation depending on your screen size.
  3. Select a module group such as CRM or Communications.
  4. Choose the page you need, such as Contacts, Companies, Deals, Email, POS, or Settings.
  5. Use breadcrumbs or back links when available to return to a previous area.
  6. On mobile, open the menu control to reveal navigation links.

  • Unexpected WordPress screen: return to the OneSuite workspace URL and sign in again.
