The workspace gives users an application-style area for day-to-day OneSuite work. It is designed to keep CRM, communications, sales, workforce, and administration activities organized in one consistent interface.

Before You Begin

  • Sign in to OneSuite.
  • Have workspace permission.

Requirements

  • Active user account.
  • Enabled modules assigned by an administrator.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the workspace.
  2. Review the dashboard or snapshot at the top of the page.
  3. Use navigation to open the correct module.
  4. Use search, filters, and record lists to locate information.
  5. Open individual records to view details, history, notes, and related activity where available.
  6. Return to the dashboard when you need a high-level overview.
