Overview

Search helps users locate information without manually browsing through every module. Depending on the page, search may apply to records such as contacts, companies, deals, tasks, communications, products, or documentation articles.

Before You Begin

  • Know the name, email, phone number, company, keyword, or record detail you want to find.

Requirements

n

  • Workspace access.
  • Permission to view the records you are searching.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the page or module where the record should exist.
  2. Click inside the search field.
  3. Enter a name, company, phone number, email address, keyword, or other identifying detail.
  4. Review the filtered results.
  5. Open the matching record.
  6. Clear the search field to return to the full list.

Results narrow to records that match your search terms and permissions.
