User profile options allow staff to review account details and role-specific options exposed by OneSuite or WordPress. Available fields vary by installation and permissions.

Before You Begin

  • Sign in to OneSuite.

Requirements

  • Active user account.
  • Permission to view or edit profile details.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the workspace.
  2. Open the user menu or profile area.
  3. Review your name, email, role, or available account options.
  4. Update allowed fields if your organization permits user-managed profile changes.
  5. Save changes if an update was made.
  6. Sign out and sign back in if instructed after account changes.
