Navigation Overview

Overview

OneSuite navigation is designed around business modules instead of blog pages. The available navigation items depend on the product configuration, license status, and your user permissions.

Before You Begin

  • Log in to the workspace.
  • Confirm the module you want to open is included in your organization’s setup.

Requirements

  • Workspace access.
  • Permission to view the target module.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the workspace dashboard.
  2. Review the sidebar or main navigation list.
  3. Select a module group such as CRM, Communications, Payments, Point of Sale, Workforce, Administration, or Licensing.
  4. Use sub-navigation inside the module to move between pages such as Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tasks, Settings, or Reports.
  5. Use the dashboard button or workspace link to return to the main workspace when needed.

Expected Result

You should be able to open the correct OneSuite section without using WordPress blog menus or default WordPress widgets.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Module names in the navigation are useful search terms in this knowledgebase.
  • If you manage users, document which roles should see which navigation items.
  • Avoid using browser back repeatedly when a dashboard or workspace link is available.

Troubleshooting

  • If a navigation item is missing, check user role, license status, and module availability.
  • If clicking a navigation item opens a restricted page, contact an administrator to confirm permissions.
  • If the layout changes on mobile, use the mobile menu rather than expecting the desktop sidebar.
