Activating Your License

Overview

OneSuite uses a license to confirm that your installation is authorized for use. Activation connects your site to the subscription or trial assigned to your customer account and allows the product to show the correct license status inside the application.

Before You Begin

Locate the license key or activation information supplied after purchase or trial creation.
Confirm the site URL where OneSuite is installed.
Make sure the site can reach external services over HTTPS.

Requirements

Administrator access to OneSuite or WordPress.
A valid OneSuite license, subscription, trial, or authorized customer account.
Internet access from the WordPress site.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Log in as an administrator.
Open the OneSuite licensing or activation screen.
Enter the license key exactly as provided.
Submit the activation request.
Wait for OneSuite to verify the license status.
Confirm the screen shows an active, trial, grace, or other valid status according to your account.
If downloads or subscription management are needed, open the Customer Portal link supplied by your account.

Expected Result

The license screen should show the current status for the installation, and authorized OneSuite modules should become available according to the account’s subscription or trial state.

Store license information in a secure administrator location.
Use the customer portal for subscription, download, and account management whenever available.

Troubleshooting

If activation fails, confirm the license key was copied correctly.
If the site reports no connection, confirm HTTPS and outbound internet access.
If your subscription recently changed, refresh or recheck the license status from the licensing screen.
If a trial countdown or warning appears, complete subscription steps before the trial expires.
